Beautiful Sindy and me....not wanting my picture taken....next to beautiful Sindy!

Speaking of not wanting his picture taken, My Brother, Tone with Sindy.

Still not wanting a picture taken....
Still....

And there is my cute couple!

Mother Goose.

Say "Cheese!"

The pretty Garden.

A little sprout in the Garden.

I was able to visit Sacramento last month with the boys. I was getting a little down, do to our Salt Lake City weather and Joaquin told me to plan a trip to Sac Town, so I did. We spent some much needed time with all of the fam including Veronica and Jon. One of the days we were there we went to Fairytale town, which is a place that Joaquin and I had both visited when we were young so it was really neat to bring the boys there. We had so much fun and I have SO many more pictures of this day and I really wanted to post them all because they are all so cute but this was the general day. Our trip to Sac was good right up until this day because the very next day, both boys started to get really sick. Everett had a fever of 103 and wouldn't sleep unless he was right on top of me. Which was probably why his temp got up to 103. They also got everyone else sick too. Hopefully they didn't mind too much because it was worth it to me to see everyone. My parents let me stay with them. My Mom was able to take a couple of days off of work and my Dad of course had things to do but hung out with us a lot. I loved it. I really do WISH there were some way we could all be closer to each other. Hopefully one day we will.

Are the really 15 months?

Everett Julian:
Weight: 23lbs 1oz (30%)
Length: 31.25 inches (55%)
Head: 18.75 inches (55%)
Everett is just about average accept for his weight. He's a little on the skinny side. He is my good, easy going little boy. He's pretty happy as long as we're doing something fun. He likes getting out of the house...much like his Mama. He likes almost all food. He gets a little picky when it comes to eating meat. I don't think he likes the texture but for the most part, he'll eat anything he's given. He started walking when he was 14 months. He loves to copy. When we ask him to howl like a wolf, he does. He loves Elmo, baths and books. Mostly he likes removing books from my book shelf. It drives me a little crazy.

*Don't mind the naked picture
Brock Carson
Weight: 27lbs 6oz (80%)
Length: 32.5 inches (85%)
Head: 19.25 inches (85%)
Brock is obviously a little bigger than the average boy. I thought for sure when we took him in, they were going to say he weighed over 30 pounds. He's so heavy to me. Brock is a little more of a mama's boy. He likes me to be right there when ever we do anything. We recently started going to the gym and Everett has been just fine with out me but Brock has hated every minute of it. We are still trying to get him used to it. He is a great eater, obviously. He's a great sleeper too. Still takes about two naps a day. He started walking at around 13 months. He also loves walks, baths and Elmo. He enjoys dancing as well. He looks a little like Ray Charles when he does dance but that's just fine with me. Gotta love little boys!

Lunch with Our Sick Daddy.

Happy little boy.

Joaquin feeling pretty crappy while at work.

Everett and Brock, however, perfectly happy they don't have to be buckled in their car seats.

The boys and I went to visit Joaquin on his lunch break at work. He wasn't feeling well. We had a fun time though. We let the boys walk around the van and get into everything. They always enjoy that.

The Kings Came for a Visit.

Becky and I. BFF's forever!!!

This is Becky's husband, Andre, comforting AJ and Brock after the two of them had a slight collision. Brock walks like a drunk man and ran into AJ.

Becky with Baby Isaiah

This was one of the best pictures we could get of the three boys all together.

Another one of the only pictures we were able to capture of all three boys.

Me with the boys in front of the tree at the Treehouse museum.

More treehouse fun.

The cowboy section in the Treehouse.

Sweet, adorable, loving, mama's boy Isaiah.

Becky, Andre, AJ and Isaiah came to Utah to visit their family and since we also live in Utah, they made some time to see us as well. It was so good to see them, especially Isaiah because I had never met him before. What a little love bug he is. Almost makes me want another one.....I know, I must be smokin' something. While they were here we went up to Ogden and visited the Treehouse museum for children. It sounded like a good idea when we talked about it but I think it will be more fun when the kids are a little older. Joaquin wasn't able to come with us because of work so between the three of us there were 4 kids and mine just so happen to go everywhere but where I ask them. I think it was a little more of a work out than we had expected. I seriously was sweating like a hog. We were also able to visit the entire Meinzer family the next day and Joaquin was off of work so he was able to join us as well. It was a lot of fun to see their whole family. We have always loved the Meinzer Family and got along with all of them so well. You guys are the best. Thanks for letting us visit with you all. Love you guys so much and hopefully we'll be able to make another visit to So Cal soon. Miss you, love you!

Valentine's Day and More

Just a cute picture of Everett.

That would be SUGAR.

These last two pictures of Everett and Brock were taken by Joaquin while I was out running some errands. Joaquin told me he was in the front room and then he realized the boys hadn't been making any noise for a couple of minutes, which we all know is bad news. He got up to find two little boys swimming in sugar they found in the lazy susan. I wasn't there but I was so glad he took pictures for me. Little stinkers.

Here is just a random picture of Fred I took. We never talk much about him now that we have kids. However he is still around and doing well. Our neighbors hate him as always and the boys love him as always. Brock likes to pull on his hair and Everett likes him to lick his fingers. Gross.

Just a funny picture of Brock.

Now to Valentine's Day. The Martineau family came to visit us the weekend of V-Day. Joaquin of course had to work but the day before, while Serena and Kyle were here, offered to watch our boys while we went to a dinner and movie. It was really nice of them and it was even nicer to get to spend sometime away together. When we got home, Serena surprised us and cleaned our whole bedroom and laid out some silk rose pedals. We both thought that was super nice of her to do. Especially since, I'm the most unorganized person in this world and she organized it for me. Thanks Serena beana.

Okay, so this is not the best picture of Everett or I but I was trying to get a shot of Everett's shirt. Becky sent us a care package in the mail for Valentine's day with the cutest little mail box, socks and chocolate for me, shirts for the boys that say "Certified Heart Breaker" (SO CUTE.) And a little Valentine's day game for us to play. It was so sweet of her and we loved our little package but I didn't do a very good job of taking this picture did I?

Was it suppose to be a pound for pound challenge to gain weight?

I have to be honest, ever since I signed up for the pound for pound challenge, I've only gained weight and I'm talking 10lbs of weight....ugh...sucks but I'm seriously back on track. (At least for now.) I just ran my first mile since high school today. (I think.) It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I'm going to keep on going. My friend Kara and I are planning on running a 5k this spring. Now this may not seem like a lot, but for me, who has never like running nor do I think I have ever ran more than 2 miles at a time, this will be a big deal. I'm excited to get in shape, to get my once hot bod back. It's been way to long since we've been together and we are ready to be reunited. The thing we have to remember is we can't just "hope" it will come off. We'll have to put in some hard work together but I think we're ready for it this time. We have to be!

Taking the boys for a walk in their new wagon.

"I wanna eat it, I wanna eat it, I wanna eat it....."
Everett, sick again. Just wants to be loved all of the time.

"If I could just figure out how to open this thing, I could get that pie!"

And that is what a beautiful apple pie comes out looking like.

We're funny because sometimes we never take pictures and then there are days like today where I take pictures of everything. Like our walk in our new wagon in our pajamas. Then I decided to bake a scrumptious apple pie. Well the boys wouldn't leave the oven alone while it was baking so I thought this was a good picture op. Anywho, nothing to exciting but fun for us. I'm going to try and post again tomorrow too. I'm on it.

Bringing in 2010!

On New Years Eve we decided we wanted to do something fun because normally we just stay home and do nothing. This year the Urbina's had us over for a little party. It was SO fun. Probably the most fun since I used to go to Vegas. They had food and music and good friends and family too. They also have a little boy who is just two months older than our boys and so it's nice to go hang out at their house and not feel worried they are going to ruin any of their things. Diana invited Brandon, Heidi and their little one's over too, which was so great because with all of the holidays we haven't been able to see them. The Urbina's also had their family over. They are all so much fun and we had to leave early because the boys have been sick and needed to go to bed so we said we would try to do another get together again. I'm hoping that will really happen again soon. Great dancing + great food + great company = an awesome New Years Eve party!!! Thanks guys!

All of us dancing to a little Pitbull.

Most of the whole gang who was there.

Joaquin and Brock

This was our attempt to get a picture of all the kids at once. Everett is on his way out and Christian was not wanting to have his picture taken either.

Heidi, Diana and I....(oh and Millie, of course!)

Joaquin and Brandon having some good eats! I believe it was ox tail. It was really good.

Diana's Mom, Niece and sister. So fun.
