The 4th of July is coming

I've been really bad since I got back from Sacramento about taking pictures and I have no idea why but I promise I will start doing better over the 4th of July. Speaking of the 4th I just can't help but to think about how lucky, myself and my family truly are for living in the United States of America. I love my country and am very proud to be an American! I used to feel bad about saying things like that for some reason. Like by me saying that, that put other countries down or maybe it wasn't "PC" but I don't think that at all any longer. I would love to travel someday and visit other places but I'm most certainly happy this is where I call home. Just a little random thing that happened to me last week. I went to Hill Air force Base with my Grandma last week and while we drove around the base I saw many Soldiers walking around on base in uniform and I couldn't help but feel very patriotic seeing them. A little choked up even. These people are giving up so much of themselves to fight for our freedom and I'm so grateful to all those who serve in the military and their families. (Andrew and Lisha Helpingstine and Kyle and Serena Martineau as just a couple of examples.) Anyway, I just wanted to share that little experience I had. Don't worry, I'll get some pictures on here as soon as possible.

I never get tired of hearing people say that they love this country and have respect for those that protect it. Thank you for the mention of Andrew. If you get the chance on the 4th stop by and grab a bite to eat at our Helpingstine 4th of July BBQ Blowout. We would love to see you. Andrew takes off on Sunday but Johnathan and I would love to see you anytime. If we are in SLC we will give you a call.
