1. Last week the boys started swimming lessons.  We had been told that our local pool had awesome instructors for swimming.  We talked about putting them in and sort of forgot about it until it was almost too late.  Luckily for us, Emma was starting up and so I ended up taking the boys since she was going. It has been such a good experience for the boys.  Before I started taking them, they were pretty afraid of the water but after a day they were comfortable with the water and dunking their heads all the way under.  I have been really impressed with the boys teacher. 

2.  Melina and Anthony drove home with us from Sacramento and while they stayed with us we went white water rafting on the Salmon river in Riggins Idaho.  What a blast.  Andon got all of us a great deal on going so everything was almost half off.  We left the boys at home with Grandma Toni.  Although, I think they would have loved it.  So in another 2 years we'll take them. 

3. We hung out at the house a lot and messed around.  Had some good Niece, Nephew/ Cousin, Aunt time.

4.We tried out this trampoline place that's in Meridian.  Loved it, although both Anthony and Brock got pretty hurt.  They both, at different times, fell down on their heads and hurt their necks and backs.  So after that, we left.

6.While in Sacramento we went to the classic Fairytale Town with cousins Bethany and Paige.

7. The whole family went to Rancho Saco.  It's a ghetto beach that once had an active nuclear plant.  Pretty freaky and I wasn't so sure I wanted to go but apparently that's where we used to go all the time when we were kids.  I don't really recall but everyone else remembers. 

8. More hanging out with my dorky awesome family!  We went to another family favorite, Leatherby's.  Mmmmm.  Love it.

9. Visited Grandma at YRC and the boys were able to sit on top of a fork lift.

10. Got to see Little Layla girl.

11. More cousin time with Bethany.

12. Lake Tahoe.  On our drive to Sactown we stopped for an over night trip in Lake Tahoe.  Grandpa Rich and Grandma Cindy invited us to an impromptu family reunion, that we later found out wasn't really intended for the Ficker side of the family at all but we still showed up.  It was so much fun.  Tahoe is one of our favorite places ever so when ever we get the chance to be there, we make the time. 

13.  The last picture was just for fun.  The main reason for our trip to Sacramento wasn't totally to visit family.  On Joaquin's 30th birthday I asked him what he wanted and he said he wanted to climb Mt Tom in Bishop California.  We agreed and so for months he's been planning this trip with my brother in law Sean, my brother Tony and my Dad.  So all 3 men along with my Mom drove up to Tahoe to meet us and we had breakfast together.  So this picture is just of my parents at breakfast.  I thought it was really cute of them.
